Hiring Process

Once you submit your online application for one of the positions listed below you will receive an automated response confirming that your application has been received. If you did not receive the automated response, your application was not submitted properly; please resubmit your application.
If there is a match between your skills and what we are looking for, you should be contacted within thirty (30) days. The interview/screening process may include, but is not limited to:

  • Telephone Interview/Prescreening
  • On-Site Interviews
  • Skills Testing
  • Reference Checks
  • Background Checks

    including verification of pervious employment, criminal record checks and a driving history check

All offers of employment are contingent upon passing all necessary background checks and verifications.

The agency hires only U.S. citizens and lawfully authorized alien workers. All selected applicants are required to complete Section 1 of federal Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) and to provide identification and either proof of U.S. citizenship or proof of authorization to work in the U.S.

In addition, the agency uses E-Verify as part of the I-9 process to verify the work eligibility of all new hires. E-Verify is an Internet-based system that compares information from an employee's Form I-9 to data from U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records.

The length of the recruitment process may vary depending on the position requirements and the hiring manager’s schedule. All applications are kept on file for a period of one year for future consideration.
